Short films & trailers
Narrative, documentary, concept trailers. Five minutes or less, credits included.
Open call · August 28–30, 2026 · Las Vegas, NV
Made something real with AI? Send it. Films, trailers, music videos, ads, graphic novels, games, apps, and websites — selected work screens in Las Vegas, then becomes a filmed interview and a published case study about how you actually made it.
No submission fee, ever. Grab a Summit pass and your entry is included.
What we accept
If it was made with AI in the pipeline and you can show it to us, there's a category for it.
Narrative, documentary, concept trailers. Five minutes or less, credits included.
Original tracks or licensed work you have cleared. Performance, narrative, or abstract.
Real client work or spec. We care how it was made as much as what it sells.
Single issues, chapters, or a finished book. Share a reader link or a press-kit PDF link.
Prototypes and shipped titles both count. Give us something we can actually play.
Products, tools, and interactive sites where AI is genuinely in the build.
The process
We run this festival the way we tell everyone to run their studio: automate the busywork, keep the taste human.
One form, one link. No file uploads until you're accepted — a YouTube or Vimeo link or a live URL is all we need.
An AI pass scores every entry against our five criteria within minutes, drafts the program blurb, and flags what a human must verify. It never makes the final call.
Our panel reviews the shortlist, scores it blind, and places the selections into screening and exhibition blocks.
Decision emails fire automatically the moment a status changes. Selections get slot details, laurels, and a scheduling link.
What you get
The rules
One form, one link, five minutes. You'll have an automated receipt before you close the tab and a real answer from the programming team after that.
