What we collect

When you reserve a pass, apply as a sponsor or vendor, or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the details you type into those forms — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the pass or package you selected.

Payments are handled by our checkout provider. Card details are entered directly with that provider and are never stored on this site.

We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed and referring links so we can understand which parts of the site are useful.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for: your ticket and QR pass, calendar invite, community and Training Vault access, sponsor kit, and event logistics.

To send event updates and, if you opted in, our newsletter and podcast announcements. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

To operate and improve the site, and to prevent fraudulent or abusive orders.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this event: our CRM and community platform, our payment processor, and our email and newsletter platform. They may only use it to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of attendees and staff.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar storage to remember your selected pass, keep the checkout working, and measure aggregate site traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, though parts of checkout may stop working if you do.

Retention and your choices

We keep registration and purchase records for as long as we need them for accounting and attendee support, and marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@aimediamakers.com. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

On-site recording

Sessions are recorded for attendee replays, and photography or video may take place in event spaces. By attending you agree that your likeness may appear in that footage. Tell a staff member on site if you would prefer not to be filmed.

Children

This site and the event are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the event evolves. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
