Terms of Service

The agreement between you and AI Mediamakers Summit when you buy a pass or use this site. Last updated August 2026.

Pass types: what each one includes

In person passes (Builder, VIP Mastermind) admit one named person to the live event in Las Vegas. VIP adds the mastermind rooms and lifetime access to the session replays.

The Virtual Pass is remote access. It includes the live stream of main-stage sessions, on-demand replays of recorded sessions for 12 months from release, the Training Vault, and the community. It does not admit you to the venue and does not include any in-room activity.

A VIP Upgrade adds the mastermind rooms and lifetime replays to an existing in person pass. It is not a standalone admission.

In person exclusives (not streamed or recorded)

Some parts of the summit exist only in the room and are deliberately never streamed, recorded, or released to virtual or replay holders. These currently include the film premiere and screenings, hackathon demos and judging, hands-on build labs and workshops, VIP mastermind rooms, and all networking, sponsor floor, and after-hours programming.

Buying a Virtual Pass or replay access does not entitle you to those segments, to their recordings, or to a refund because they were not streamed.

We may add or remove segments from this in-room-only list as the program is finalized. Which sessions are recorded is at our discretion, including when a speaker or their employer declines to be recorded.

Live stream and replay access

Live stream coverage is limited to main-stage keynotes and panels and depends on venue connectivity and speaker consent. Brief interruptions, dropped segments, or a session pulled from the stream are not grounds for a refund. If the stream fails materially for a full day, we will make the recorded sessions from that day available instead.

Replays are published after each session, typically within 72 hours and no later than 30 days after the event. Twelve-month replay access runs from the date each recording is released, not from your purchase date. Lifetime replay access means for as long as we host the library, which we intend to maintain but do not guarantee indefinitely.

Replay and Vault access is a personal, non-transferable license for one person. Do not download, re-upload, redistribute, or resell that material. We may suspend access for account sharing or redistribution.

Your in person ticket

An in person pass admits one named person. Passes are personal and may not be resold, but you may transfer yours to someone else before the event by emailing us with the new attendee's details.

Your confirmation email contains your QR pass. Bring it and a photo ID to check in. Seats are capped and admission is subject to capacity at the door.

Virtual Passes are tied to your email address, cannot be shared, and are not transferable to an in person seat. If you want to attend live after buying virtual, contact us and we will quote the difference subject to remaining seats.

Refunds and the Ship-Something Guarantee

In person attendees: attend the full summit. If you leave without at least one working thing you built — or a plan you would actually run on Monday — email us by Sunday night of the event and we refund every dollar. You keep the Training Vault either way.

Virtual and Replay buyers: because access is delivered digitally and immediately, these are non-refundable once the live stream begins or once any replay has been viewed. Before then, email us and we will refund in full.

Outside of the guarantee, in person passes are non-refundable but always transferable.

Travel, lodging, and any expenses you incur to attend are your own responsibility. We do not reimburse travel if you switch to virtual access.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout by our payment processor. You are responsible for any taxes or fees your bank or card issuer applies.

Program changes

Speakers, sessions, timings, and the venue location may change. We will notify ticket holders by email of material changes.

If we cancel the live event outright, we will refund in person passes in full. If we cancel but still deliver the recorded program, Virtual Pass holders keep their replay access and are not refunded. Either way, that refund is our full liability to you.

Code of conduct

This is a working room. Treat every attendee, speaker, sponsor, and staff member with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and disruptive behavior are not tolerated.

We may remove anyone from the event or the online community, without refund, for violating this code or for unsafe conduct.

Venue and confidentiality

The live event takes place at a secure off-Strip location in Las Vegas, shared only with confirmed in person attendees. Do not publish the venue address or share access details.

Some sessions include unreleased work. When a speaker asks that a session stay in the room, keep it in the room.

Community and Training Vault

Every pass type includes the private community hub and the Training Vault under a personal, non-transferable license for one person.

The code of conduct above applies in the community and in live-stream chat exactly as it does in the room. We may remove access, without refund, for violations.

Your work and recordings

Anything you build during the summit or hackathon remains yours.

By attending in person you grant us permission to use photography, video, and audio captured at the event — which may include your likeness — for replays and future event promotion. Tell staff at check-in if you do not want to appear on camera and we will seat you outside the recorded areas where possible.

Virtual attendees may not record, screen-capture, or restream the live stream or replays.
