Payment is confirmed on screen, then a confirmation email arrives within about a minute. It contains your QR pass for door check-in, an add-to-calendar link for August 28–30, 2026, your login to the private community hub, and instant access to the Zero-to-One Training Vault. If the email has not landed in five minutes, check spam and then email support with your order number.

How does check-in work at The Orleans?

Accepted Answer

Bring the QR code from your confirmation email on your phone — no printing needed. Staff scan it at the registration desk and hand you a printed badge. VIP, speaker, sponsor, and vendor check-in opens Friday, August 28 from 4–6 PM; general check-in opens Saturday, August 29 at 8 AM with breakfast networking.

Can I buy multiple tickets for my team?

Yes. Use the quantity stepper in checkout to buy several passes in one payment. Each pass gets its own QR code, and after purchase you enter each attendee's name and email so their pass, calendar invite, and Vault access are sent directly to them.

What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?

Accepted Answer

Card payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on this site. Your receipt and pass are emailed separately once the charge clears.

Can I upgrade from a Virtual or Builder Pass to VIP later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, while VIP seats remain. Email support with your order number and you will receive a link to pay only the price difference; your existing QR pass is reissued at the new tier with VIP perks, lifetime Summit Replays, and Friday-evening access added.

What should I do if my payment is declined or the page fails?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is charged on a declined attempt. You are sent to a payment issue page with a retry link that keeps your selected pass, so you can try another card or wallet. If a charge appears but no confirmation email arrives, email support with the Stripe session ID shown on that page and access is granted manually.

Friday, August 28 is arrivals: VIP, speaker, sponsor, and vendor registration from 4–6 PM, then a welcome cocktail hour and network dinner from 6–9 PM. Saturday, August 29 is the core summit: breakfast networking at 8 AM, the opening keynote at 8:45, then four parallel tracks all day — masterclasses, the two-track hackathon, the Interview Me TV studio, and the Exhibit Hall — followed by the Curated Media Showcase, hackathon pitches, awards, and the after-party until 11:30 PM. Sunday, August 30 is the sunrise walk at Charlie Frias Park at 6 AM, breakfast in the park, then hotel checkout by 11 AM.

Because a filmmaker, a developer, a sponsor, and a first-time creator all need different rooms. Track A is the Learner Program — four masterclasses on AI essentials, vibecoding apps and SaaS, audio production, and merch and monetization. Track B is the Builder Program, a day-long two-track hackathon for audio-video and app-web teams. Track C is the Interview Me TV studio capturing professional interviews from 8 AM to 4 PM. Track D is the Exhibit Hall marketplace. One badge, all four floors.

How do I get an Interview Me TV slot?

Slots are 15 minutes and limited to 32 on Saturday: 10 for sponsors, 10 for on-site and virtual vendors, and 12 for creative participants and hackathon builders. Sponsors and vendors get theirs included with their package. Everyone else scans the QR code in the studio waiting area and fills in pre-interview details on-site — first come, first served.

What is the Summit Hackathon?

A day-long build sprint on Saturday with two tracks. The Audio-Video track gets a topic, theme, and asset pack and builds a creative media piece. The App-Web track builds a working website or SaaS product. Prompts and compute credits drop at 10 AM, mentors check in at 2 and 4 PM, submissions close at 6 PM, and teams pitch on stage at 7 PM. Winners are voted live by audience and judges, with cash prizes, platform credits, professional services, and merch.

How do I get my work into the Curated Media Showcase?

Submit in advance through the festival call for submissions. Selected short films, trailers, music videos, and commercial pieces screen Saturday from 6:15–7:00 PM. Everything must run three minutes or less, and there's no live Q&A — the block moves fast on purpose.

Is there a refund policy?

Full refunds up to 30 days before the event. Inside 30 days, passes are transferable to another attendee at no charge. Virtual Passes are refundable until the summit begins; after that, they are non-refundable.

Where exactly is it, and where should I stay?

The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV — just off the Strip, about fifteen minutes from Harry Reid International, with free on-site self-parking. Every room we use is in the same building, so there are no shuttles. Our room block details and the floor map go out with your confirmation email. Hotel checkout on Sunday is 11:00 AM.
